Our newly refurbished apartment has three guest bedrooms, a brand new
kitchen and appliances, along with a full bathroom, washer/dryer, cable tv and
wireless internet access.
From the spacious kitchen with all new appliances to the beautiful panoramic view of the marina and Great Salt Pond and historic Point Judith this waterfront rental can't be beat if you are a boater or a beachgoer. We have dockage facilities for boats up to 100 feet long, a full service marina and a bait and tackle center on premises. We are in close proximity to Block Island (10 miles), Newport (10 miles), Montauk, NY (30 miles), Cuttyhunk (30 miles), Mystic, CT (35 miles), Martha's Vineyard (40 miles) and Nantucket (60 miles) for a grand tour of some of the Northeast's premier cruising, fishing and vacation spots. We are also a quick trip by car to Narragansett, Providence or Boston.
The apartment has three bedrooms, with two queen beds in two large bedrooms and one room with twin bunks for younger guests, a full bath, modern kitchen with microwave, electric stove and oven, new cabinets and floors, large dining table and countertop island with three seats. A new deck with outdoor seating and a Weber barbeque for grilling. All this within sight of your boat, minutes to the beach (less than 1 mile away) and 10 minutes to the many shopping and dining flavors of Wakefield, RI will make this as relaxing a time as you will find anywhere.
